Baked a pumpkin pie for Halloween. Had a strong craving for this pie since we returned from New England, so decided to try out this pie based on some internet recipe. The crust turned out not very nice as I do not have a dough roller, so every inch was pressed out by my palm and knuckle...hehe
But very satisfied with the taste, almost similar to the previous ones we had...not sure if Singapore has it...but I don't think pumpkin is a hot favourite in Spore la...so might as well learn how to bake then return to Spore still can get to eat (provided have an oven la).
Halloween today, was as quiet as last year. Cha and I went walk walk ard and played with a very cute prom prom in a pet shop...we get to play with it for as long as we wanted...but after half an hr of playing "snatch toy" with the dog, we also quite tired liao...but the dog really cute, kept on biting my crocs shoes, must be super chewy...and it loved biting my fingers too! Wierd~ That din happen to Cha...In one word, that dog loved to bite me. Sian..in the end, got a lot of red marks all over my hand...but it has been a long time since we can get to interact freely with a dog liao...was really quite fun...
Dinner was at Red Lobster again, yummy dinner with my favourite corn bread roll...Also to celebrate our 49th monthly anniversary...every month so fast passed like that...soon I'd be back in Spore!! Haiz...still in a dilemma on how I shd path out my career, dunno how to reply my HR...But no risk no gain leh~
Daylight saving will occur later at 2am, so from tomorrow onwards, we will be again 13 hours behind Singapore time~
